Mr. Sparks has over 25 years of experience in the concrete contracting business, including 18 years of experience working with concrete coloring agents and providing concrete imprinting services.
Having previously served as a member of the Bomanite International Society, Bomanite Marketing Committee, and Bomanite Technical committee he has a great understanding of the imprinted concrete business.
Mr. Sparks attends the World of Concrete Expo to participate in seminars and gain additional knowledge of his field.

Ms. Sparks handles all of Hunt Valley's financial services, including accounts payable and receivable, retirement, health and other employee benefits, payroll, etc. She has been involved in daily operations and functions of the business since co-founding the company in 1981.
Ms. Sparks is proud to be a member and former board member of the local chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction.
