We build playgrounds. Real ones — commercial installations for schools, parks, municipalities, and recreation departments across Maryland, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia. We're hiring a Foreman who knows how to run a jobsite, lead a crew, and deliver quality work day after day.


This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. If you have construction supervisory experience, can operate heavy equipment, and want to work for a company that pays what the work is worth — read on.


Compensation

Pay Range: $71,000 – $76,000 annually Average Annual Pay with Overtime: $100,000+ Pay Type: Salaried, full-time Schedule: Year-round work. Overtime available and consistent.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise playground installation crews on active jobsites across the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Drive project materials, equipment, and personnel to the job site daily
  • Operate construction equipment including skid steer loaders, man lifts, and power tools
  • Enforce safety standards on every site, every day — no exceptions
  • Manage crew performance, efficiency, and morale from start to finish on each project
  • Coordinate materials and logistics to keep projects on schedule
  • Complete daily paperwork including time slips and job reports
  • Communicate directly with project management on progress, issues, and completions


What You Bring

  • Proven supervisory experience in construction, landscaping, or a related trade — you've led crews before
  • Proficiency operating skid steers, man lifts, and similar equipment
  • Skilled use of power tools and hand tools
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and operate lifts safely
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — required
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and detail
  • Willingness to travel and stay out of town when project schedules require it


What We Offer

Are you a CDL Class A Driver looking for a local driving job that ensures you’ll be home daily? Join our team and enjoy consistent routes within Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. We prioritize local deliveries, offering reliable schedules that let you focus on your job while enjoying the comfort of being home every night.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive local routes within Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
  • Load and transport excavation equipment, such as excavators, skid loaders, and wheel loaders.
  • Operate forklifts to efficiently load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Safely secure all loads on trucks, flatbeds, and trailers for transit.
  • Handle physical tasks, including loading and unloading heavy materials and equipment.
  • Complete minor repairs on vehicles and equipment when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up trade shows by transporting and arranging equipment and materials.
  • Accurately process and complete required delivery paperwork.


Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and forklifts.
  • Physical ability to lift and load heavy materials and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure secure and safe transport.
  • Basic repair skills for vehicles and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to following all safety protocols and company policies.
